Win a limited edition FOALS x Brompton bike in support of the Mental Health Foundation.

FOALS drummer and long time Brompton Bicycle fan Jack Bevan has collaborated with the iconic London brand to design this one-of-a-kind bicycle.

Using Brompton’s renowned folding C Line bike frame as a basis, Jack customised the design using visuals adapted from FOALS' 'Life Is Yours' album to create an utterly distinctive design. The bike has been completed using Jack's own choice of components, including a Brookes Cambium saddle as well as the stylish, high performance tan wall tyres provided by Schwalbe. 

The result is a unique money-can’t-buy item that will be irresistible to Foals collectors and bike connoisseurs alike. Hand-built in London, its value is impossible to quantify.

One in six of us (including 11-18-year-olds) will have a common mental health problem in any given week. The Mental Health Foundation exists to work towards good mental health for all, and as everyone knows, prevention is better than cure. Everything we do is focused on protecting people's mental health. We’re a national charity and we’ve been around for 73 years, focusing on finding and testing ways to prevent mental illness and the damage that it causes from occurring in the first place. We do this by creating programmes that support at risk groups, influencing policy and delivering informative campaigns that help people through the toughest times of their lives.

All money raised through this campaign will help fund the Mental Health Foundation’s vital work across the UK. As part of our work during the pandemic, the charity completed 12 waves of research which enabled the organisation to identify the people and communities whose mental health has been disproportionately impacted by the national health crisis. With this information we have developed programmes which target those individuals and communities who can benefit from our tailored support, information, and advice enabling us to reach more people across the country.

With your support you’ll be helping the Mental Health Foundation to continue our important work to ensure everyone’s good mental health is sustained and protected.

About the FOALS x Brompton bike

Since the original bike was designed in 1975, Brompton has been on a mission to improve travel in cities. Made in London, their famous bikes can be found all over the world and fit perfectly in the back of tour buses or in the hand luggage of gigging rock and roll stars.

Working closely with the band, Brompton has taken elements from their album artwork and incorporated them onto the glossy white C Line frameset using the latest painting techniques. With his first-hand knowledge of Brompton bikes and with a keen eye for detail, Jack also picked out some of the additional components, such as the Brooks Cambium Saddle and grips, along with the striking Schwalbe tan wall tyres.
